Output to Excel is not working or is slow

We recommend outputting to the PROVIDUSSTD SQL instance and then importing from there into Excel. 

To send to the PROVIDUSSTD SQL instance, in your Datapage:
*Double click a dataset (blue page icon)
*Click the database tab
*Choose the middle left option '''Local SQL Instance (Providus)'''

Then to import into Excel, [Connecting to Local SQL Instance from Excel|refer here].
