• Try exporting your packages one at a time rather than selecting multiple and clicking export
• Try removing the datapage references from each step in the step properties->Datapage tab, hit the "x" next to the datapage.
  • Then export and import the package and each datapage separately
  • Now reassign all the datapages
• If this doesn't work, you can overwrite all the packages and datapages on one machine with those from another. This is explained in the here.
