Try exporting your packages one at a time
Try removing the datapage references from each step in the step properties->Datapage tab, hit the "x" button next to the "Select Datapage" button.
- Then export and import the package and each datapage separately
- Now reassign all the datapages
If this doesn't work, you can overwrite all the packages and datapages on one machine with those from another. This is explained here.
